Salem's Rotary Park Affected by Construction

Roanoke Gas Company will be staging machinery and working on a portion of Salem’s Rotary Park alongside Electric Road for the next few months. While this extensive line relocation project is taking place, access to the river will still be available. However, during construction, a portion of the park will be closed-off to the public, and visitors will need to enter and exit the park at a different location. The new entry point will be clearly marked and slightly closer to the Apperson Drive/Route 419 intersection. This project is expected to last into March of 2023, so we appreciate your patience.
