Chair Yoga
Tuesdays & Fridays, 4:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.

This class is for those who cannot transition from a standing position to the floor. It is excellent for those who’ve had knee or hip problems or seniors who cannot transition to the floor level easily. Poses are done sitting in the chair or standing behind it.
Life Balance Yoga
Mondays, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 pm

Yoga is a great way to increase joint mobility, improve muscle tone and flexibility, and build balance. It also improves memory, focus, and attention and it promotes an overall sense of well-being.
Rest and Restore Yoga (JUST ADDED – Begins April 4)
Fridays, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Instructor – Samantha Reynolds
This Yoga class focuses on deep stretching and relaxation to heal the body and mind. In this "Rest and Restore" class, poses are held for longer durations, encouraging a more profound release of tension and increased flexibility.
**Classes are held in the back room at the Salem Senior Center, but please know that ages 18 to 99 are welcome.
