The Salem Civic Center is proud to present “Strings & Things: Volume One” this fall. The four days of music, staged throughout the city, will feature seven bands, four venues and variety of music samplings from the Americana scene. From September 26-29, music lovers will be able #SampleSalem at its two award-winning breweries, its Downtown Farmers Market and at the Salem Civic Center. Jam bands along with Bluegrass and Country-infused acts will be on stage for four straight nights.
“We are really excited to produce this type of event in Salem and allow folks to experience all that the city has to offer,” says Wendy Delano, Salem’s Director of Civic Facilities. “By incorporating our two popular breweries and the historic Downtown Farmers Market as host sites, we will be able offer an excellent variety of options for music lovers at very affordable prices.”
