Summer Daze

Friday

Enjoy a Red Sox Game. The Salem Red Sox take on the Fredrick Orioles. It is 80s Night and if you get there early enough you can get a bobble head. The game will even be followed by fireworks!

 

Saturday

Wake up early and head to the Farmers Market. Get fresh fruit and baked goodies then grab coffee from Mill Mountain for a delicious breakfast. Take it to Longwood for a breakfast picnic.

Stay downtown for Parkway Downtown. You’ll get to enjoy live music, games, and your favorite beers.

End your day with dinner from one of the wonderful restaurants in Salem and finish it off with gelato from Kelly Café.

Sunday

Sleep in late and enjoy brunch from Mac and Bobs. Then, take your family to one of the swimming spots on the Roanoke River. Alternatively, if it is raining go see a movie at AMC Classic Salem Valley 8.
