Winterfest Beach Bash

This event is SOLD OUT as of Friday, January 25th!

The City of Salem Parks and Recreation Department and Q99-FM are set to present the 12th annual “Winterfest Beach Bash”. The legendary “Band of Oz” returns to Salem for an entire night of beach music classics.

The “Band of Oz” was enshrined in the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame with fellow honorees The Avett Brothers, Kelly Pickler and The Carolina Chocolate Drops in 2016. The “Band of Oz” has been playing beach music at packed venues throughout the south since 1967.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. No coolers or outside food or drinks are permitted inside the arena.  For additional ticket information, please contact the Salem Parks and Recreation Department at 375-3057

An opportunity for children with special needs to visit the library on their own terms!  This after-hours event will feature a different  activity every month sponsored by a local community group.
