From the City Manager's Office: All Salem City offices closed at 2 p.m. on Tuesday due to decreasing weather conditions.
Also, they will OPEN TWO HOURS LATE at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12.
Should conditions worsen Wednesday morning, any changes will be communicated on the city’s Facebook page by 8:30 a.m.
