These may include any combination of electric, water, sewer, totes, and/or dumpster charges. We coordinate with the City utility departments and meter services to provide clear and accurate billing.   • Log on and Register in the Online Payment Portal
  • On the left-hand menu, click on “Contact preferences” and then “Enroll in paperless”
