Bills are due when received and may be paid at City Hall, 114 N. Broad Street by mail or online. If the bill is not paid within 45 days of the original due date, services are subject to disconnection. The current bill due date does not apply to the previous balance due. If we discontinue your service for non-payment, you must pay the total bill plus late charges and new service fees before utilities are restored.
Any payment put in the night box must be in before 8:00 AM or it will be treated as a “next day” payment.
